By requesting a service from A.B Clean & Green, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection.

Final pricing may change if:

• The scope of work increases

• Conditions differ from what was originally described

• Additional services are requested

Any changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash

• Card

• Digital payment (if available)

Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

Scheduling & Availability

A.B Clean & Green operates primarily on weekends, with estimates available during weekdays.

We strive to arrive on time. However, scheduling may be affected by:

• Weather conditions

• Equipment issues

• Previous job delays

Customers will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

Weather Policy

Certain services (especially lawn care and pressure washing) are weather-dependent.

If weather conditions prevent safe or quality work:

• The job may be rescheduled

• You will be notified as soon as possible

Property Condition & Access

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the work area

• Removing or securing fragile or valuable items

A.B Clean & Green is not responsible for damage to:

• Pre-existing conditions

• Loose materials

• Hidden or obstructed hazards

Service Limitations

While we strive for the best results, some stains, overgrowth, or conditions may not be fully reversible.

We will always communicate realistic expectations before and during the job.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

• Please notify us within 24 hours

• We will make a reasonable effort to address the issue

Liability

A.B Clean & Green will take care to perform services professionally and safely.

However, we are not liable for:

• Damage due to pre-existing issues

• Normal wear and tear

• Unforeseen conditions beyond our control

Right to Refuse Service

A.B Clean & Green reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Conditions are unsafe

• The scope of work changes significantly without agreement

• There is inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
